Pho Ketkeo is a small family owned restaurant, operated by Ketkeo Rajachack and daughter Christine Son. Ketkeo, also known as "Carol" to her old friends and co-workers, has long been known in the Lao community as a caterer for various occasions. After suddenly losing her main source of income in 2014, Christine sought out to make her dreams of owning a restaurant a reality. Today we focus on introducing Lao cuisine to patrons in New Haven, CT.
